How your personal data is processed
Under article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), this notice explains why, on what legal basis and for how long we process your data on this site and in the demo form, and what rights you have.
Data controller
This notice is for visitors of the devriye.co website and people who fill in the demo form. For the staff data of companies that use the service, devriye.co acts as a data processor; that data is processed on the instructions of the customer company (the controller).

Data, purposes and legal bases

We do not process data for advertising, tracking or profiling; the site has no analytics or advertising cookies.
Sharing and retention
- Who receives it
- Your data is not sold or given to third parties for marketing. It may only be shared with the hosting and email infrastructure providers we use to run the service, and with authorised authorities where a legal request exists.
- The map is loaded from Google only when you press “Show map”; until then no connection to Google is made. If spam protection (reCAPTCHA) is enabled, Google’s script runs on the form page.
- How long it is kept
- Demo requests are kept while your request is handled and a possible contract is discussed, and are deleted when you ask. Security logs (including IP addresses) are deleted after 90 days by default.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You can send your requests using the contact details above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
You can ask to
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information
- Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
- Have incomplete or incorrect data corrected
- Have data deleted or destroyed when the conditions are met
- Ask for notification of recipients and object to a result against you from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for unlawful processing and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority
