What the site stores and who it connects to
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Below are the few strictly necessary cookies and the external connections of the site.
Cookies we use
Both are strictly necessary to run the site, so we do not show a consent banner. You can delete them in your browser settings; the form and language choice then start afresh.

External connections
Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server; no requests go to third parties when a page opens.
- Google Maps
- The map on the contact page loads only when you press “Show map”. From then on Google applies its own cookies and privacy policy.
- reCAPTCHA
- When spam protection is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA runs on the demo form and your IP address and browser information go to Google. When it is off, no request is made.
- WhatsApp and phone links
- No connection to WhatsApp is made unless you click the link; then WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

What applies to us
- Your data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
- We collect only what is needed to provide the service; location is taken only at the moment of a QR scan and stored with that record, and is not tracked outside the scan screen.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; connections are protected with https.
- The staff data of a customer company is processed on that company’s instructions and under the contract; companies can export and anonymise this data from the panel.
