This page covers use of the website. The service itself (price, service level, data processing) is set out in the quote and the contract.

The website

By using the site you accept these terms. We may update them; the current version is on this page.

The site is informational; the sample screens and records on the pages are fictitious and do not belong to a real customer.
Fill in the demo form with correct information of your own; do not send automated, bulk or malicious submissions. An hourly submission limit applies.
Attempting unauthorised access to the customer, admin or staff logins is prohibited; failed attempts are logged and temporarily blocked.
The text, design and logos of the site belong to devriye.co and may not be copied without permission. Photo credits are listed at the bottom of the home page.

Prices and plans: The prices on the home page are for information (excl. VAT). What binds us is the quote and contract you approve.
Service level and support: Availability, support response times, data retention and backups are set in the contract; this site does not promise figures.
Liability: We try to keep the information current; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage from omissions or errors. For the service itself, the liability clauses of the contract apply.
Governing law: Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
