Staff
Add staff and set them active or inactive. Every staff member has a code; mobile login uses this code.

Only working features are listed here. Features that depend on your plan are marked separately; the pricing table on the home page shows which plan includes them.
The moment staff scan a QR code, the server checks four things. The order is the same on every scan.
If the code does not match an active checkpoint of the staff member’s company, no record is created and the staff member gets an “Invalid QR” warning.
If the checkpoint has coordinates and a radius, the device’s location is compared: verified, out of range (with the distance) or no location. Out-of-range and no-location scans are not rejected, they are flagged.
If the same staff member scans the same checkpoint again within 5 minutes, no second record is created. A scan resent because of a network drop also stays a single record.
Staff, checkpoint, time and location status appear in the panel. Staff can add a note to a scan if they want.

The field screen runs in the browser; there is no separate app to install, and it can be added to the home screen. Camera permission is required, and browsers only open the camera over an https connection.
Staff log in with their own code and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
In places with weak coverage, such as basements, car parks and elevator shafts, the scan waits on the device and is sent in order once the connection returns.
Staff report an incident with a title, description, severity (low, normal, high, critical), photo and location.
If the manager allows it, staff log a patrol by picking a checkpoint from a list instead of using the camera. The permission is switched on or off per staff member (plan feature).
The customer panel manages the staff, checkpoints and records of a single company; no other company’s data is visible.

Link checkpoints to projects. If you like, enter coordinates and a verification radius for each checkpoint.
A QR code is generated for each checkpoint. Bulk printing and your own logo on the printout are plan features.
Filter by date, staff, project and checkpoint. Each record shows its location status: verified, out of range or no location.
See incidents from the field with their photo and location; update the status to open, under review or closed.
In-panel notifications are in every plan; email and support requests are a plan feature.
Plan featureThe report screen gives summary counts and a chart for the date range and project you select. The chart’s data also appears on the same page as a table.
| Feature | What it does | Scope |

The full list of measures and their limits is on the security and compliance page.
Admins, customers and staff each log in from their own address; sessions never mix.
A second step with an authenticator app can be enabled on the customer account; it is in every plan.
Repeated failed attempts are blocked for a while.
In the demo call we set up the panel with you, based on your number of checkpoints and staff.
